Policy:
Mack's Standard Transmission offers a 30-day guarantee on on-line purchases. If you're not satisfied, we will either provide an exchange or a refund. Please request a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION # contact your salesman by email at parts@mackstrans.com. A written explanation regarding the reason for the return or exchange must be provided. Return Goods Authorization #'s are not provided over the phone. (Refunds for returns without prior authorization will incur additional fees and may be delayed.)

Following inspection of the returned product, a refund will be issued for the original cost of the returned product unless a replacement product has already been shipped. Shipping costs are not refundable . Returns that do not meet the stated guidelines will either be denied or will incur an additional fee
.  

If the return was due to our error, please contact us to get a UPS return service label. Otherwise, return shipping cost is at your own expense and will not be refunded.

Adjustments will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. 

If you have received your product in damaged condition please contact us immediately at parts@mackstrans.com. Please provide an explanation of the condition of the product, and we will notify you by email with further instructions on processing the claim.


Instructions to ensure proper credit for your parts return:

1. Include the RGA # with the returned product(s). Please note the reason for return and include a copy of the original invoice.
 
2. Return product(s) in the original packaging supplied by the manufacturer.  

3. Include all parts, hardware and instructions supplied by the manufacturer with the original product(s).  

4. Return the product(s) in new condition - not used, installed or disassembled. Product must be in a resaleable condition. 

5. Repackage carefully to avoid any damages during shipping.  

6. Send returns via UPS-Ground, or other trackable shipping method.

Return Authorization will be valid for 30 days. Returns must be received by us within 30 days from the RGA issue date to receive credit.

Returns that do not meet the stated guidelines will either be denied or will incur an additional fee.

in-person to our store in Houston, Texas.

Policy:
All remanufactured units are sold on an "exchange" basis and require a core deposit that is fully refundable. You will see a "core charge" for each unit next to the product cost on your invoice. A refund will be issued to you when you have returned your old unit for remanufacturing purposes.

Once the core has been received and inspected, Mack's Standard Transmission will provide a credit on your credit card account. If you have any questions or need assistance with your return, please call us toll-free at 1-800-392-8607.

Instructions to receive full credit for your core return:

1. The old unit must be in a rebuildable condition.

2. All fluids must be completely drained from the part.

3. Please repackage carefully in the original box in which your new part arrived.

5. Include a copy of your invoice showing the core charge.

6. Return prepaid by UPS or US Postal Service.
